- i reserve the right to refuse a commission by any reason. may it be due to extremely huge demands, by being something that hurt a minority, hard fetiches, ai pseudo-art or nft-related. you are free to ask about the ins-and-outs of this directly via DM on my socials.
- i (the “commissioned”) give you (the “commissioner”) permission to use the commissioned art for non-profitable results and products. you may make prints, stickers and whatsoever with the result of our commission together for your own use.
- my works are not to be redistributed/resold for any commercial purposes without permission. for an resell license or resalable products with my works please contact me in any social media to discuss the matter.

- the commission queue follow the order of payment. your request gets a slot as soon the payment is confirmed and it also decides the order of which one has priority in the queue. there are currently no boosts or ways to bypass this priority queue.
- payments must be up-front via invoice. refunds cannot be made after the commission sketch is accepted by the client. you may have one change in the commission with no additional cost.
- the commission timeline is as follow:
the order is: payment, sketch, approval, in-progress, delivery & finished.
≡ rough sketch: an rough representation of the commission will be send for approval by the client.
≡ approval of the sketch: a rough sketch of the commission will be presented.
└ the client must greenlit the sketch for the commission start by paying the invoice.
└ at this point the client may request any changes for free.
≡ in-progress: the commission is being created within the due date established.
≡ delivery: the commission is ready for the client.
≡ finished: the accord is fulfilled and complete.
- deadlines.
≡ after the commission is accepted you will be informed with the date your delivery is assigned. this can vary depending of the size and complexity of the works queue. but do not worry: a consistent date will always be informed to you.

🚧 for time measure, usually each commission normally takes up 7 days to be ready.
a full painting commission can take up to 15 days to be ready.

👁️🗨️ if, for any reason, i cannot meet with the deadline: you will be informed as soon as possible with the reason. in this case you are also free to ask for a refund and termination of the commission if you cannot wait any longer.
